Meet Dr. Allegra Bastas, an experienced osteopathic physician at Doctors of Osteo with a strong clinical focus on neurological spinal pain, headaches, and migraines.

She holds a five-year double degree in Osteopathy from RMIT and brings several years of hands-on experience as a physical therapist, allowing her to deliver highly skilled, evidence-based care.

Dr. Allegra has also completed advanced training in the Level 1 Watson Headache® Approach under Dr. Dean Watson in Adelaide and has undertaken further education in migraine management, infrared laser therapy and shockwave therapy with Enovis®, and advanced electro dry needling.

With a background in classical dance, Dr. Allegra also brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of movement, biomechanics and joint function, which enhances her ability to assess and treat joint pain effectively. She combines strong clinical knowledge with a broad skill set to deliver precise, evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.
